- Obsessively sanitizing our kitchen surfaces regularly and deep cleaning twice a day
- Maintaining a very high standard of raw materials & working closely with our vendors to achieve the same
- Ensuring safe packaging and minimal human contact once the food is packed - the food containers are sealed and travel in a bag
- Delivery partners sanitize their hands at sanitizing stations at our kitchens

Washing Hands
Washing hands isn’t a new trend for us! Since inception we’ve had:
- Mandatory hourly 20-sec handwash (we literally have an alarm🚨).
- Foot Tap hand wash stations at various parts of the kitchen for easy and quick access.
- Food Grade sanitisers constantly used throughout the day by all staff.


Cleaning Surfaces
- We obsessively sanitize our kitchen surfaces regularly with food grade cleaning agents
- Our Kitchen gets a deep cleaning at the start and end of the day
- Our staff ensures the food waste is disposed in a segregated manner at regular intervals to keep the kitchen squeaky clean
Cooking
- Temperature checks for all our kitchen staff everyday.
- Our cooks maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene whilst preparing food.
- Gloves, hairnets, masks and change to kitchen uniform are mandatory for all staff.
