Washing hands isn’t a new trend for us! Since inception we’ve had:
  • Mandatory hourly 20-sec handwash (we literally have an alarm🚨).
  • Foot Tap hand wash stations at various parts of the kitchen for easy and quick access.
  • Food Grade sanitisers constantly used throughout the day by all staff.

  • We obsessively sanitize our kitchen surfaces regularly with food grade cleaning agents
  • Our Kitchen gets a deep cleaning at the start and end of the day
  • Our staff ensures the food waste is disposed in a segregated manner at regular intervals to keep the kitchen squeaky clean

  • Temperature checks for all our kitchen staff everyday.
  • Our cooks maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene whilst preparing food.
  • Gloves, hairnets, masks and change to kitchen uniform are mandatory for all staff.
