We conduct a thorough quality check of Raw Materials once delivered. We use food grade vegetable washing products to ensure highest food safety Washing Hands Washing hands isn’t a new trend for us! Since inception we’ve had: Mandatory hourly 20-sec handwash (we literally have an alarm🚨). Foot Tap hand wash stations at various parts of the kitchen for easy and quick access. Food Grade sanitisers constantly used throughout the day by all staff. Cleaning Surfaces We obsessively sanitize our kitchen surfaces regularly with food grade cleaning agents Our Kitchen gets a deep cleaning at the start and end of the day Our staff ensures the food waste is disposed in a segregated manner at regular intervals to keep the kitchen squeaky clean Cooking Temperature checks for all our kitchen staff everyday. Our cooks maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene whilst preparing food. Gloves, hairnets, masks and change to kitchen uniform are mandatory for all staff.
